I am a first generation Vietnamese immigrant from Nashville, TN currently living in New York City. I discovered the wonders of coffee during my latest trip to the Central Highlands of Vietnam. This has fueled my passion into the world of specialty coffee. My goal is to learn as much as I can about coffee and to document every step of the process.
